Greensboro, North Carolina
After our stop in Williamsburg, we moved to Greensboro in North Carolina and stayed at the KOA. This was a good KOA – even though it was near the freeway – we didn’t hear it much at all. The ladies in the office were very nice and helpful also. And a big bonus was they had a nice clean laundry room!
This stop was mostly to get our truck’s front end repaired, and we were lucky to find a great repair spot that ordered the part when we called before we came into town, and then squeezed us in when we arrived, even though they were really busy. We really appreciate and recommend Statewide Trailer Alignment Frame!
While we didn’t get out to do too many activities as visitors, there is a lot to see and do here. From the Bicentennial Garden to the Gateway Gardens, from restaurants, a water park, and other fun family activities.
