Alamosa Colorado – Cool Sunshine RV Park

Cool Sunshine RV Park was our next stop after leaving Monument.  This RV park is a new park with 41 campsites – full hookup back-in sites and pull-through sites) and 6 tent sites.  The park is in the downtown area, making it easy to walk to parts of town.  We walked into town to a nearby Mexican food restaurant – I can’t say I recommend it.

This park has all of the amenities including wifi, laundry facilities, restrooms, and more.  It is right next to the railroad tracks, but we didn’t get bothered by trains.

As you can see by some of the photos below, we picked the BEST time to drive through southern Colorado.  The area going to and leaving Alamosa Colorado was absolutely beautiful!
