Lone Pine California

Lone Pine California

Sunset from our window

We decided to take the trip down 395 as we had never been on that route before – at least past Bridgeport.  We traveled from Minden to Lone Pine, California today.  The trip was pretty, lots of lakes, high desert but trees in some areas.

We stayed in Boulder Creek RV Resort, just past Lone Pine.  The park has long pull through sites, and it was nice not to have to disconnect.  No cable, but luckily we have Dish now so not an issue.

The park as a nice store, pool, jacuzzi, and free coffee and muffins in the clubhouse in the morning.  And there are trees!
