A good RV Park for an overnight stop – Orange Grove RV Park Bakersfield CA – our first stop on our trip to Vegas.   Driving from Sacramento to Vegas is too long of a trip for us to do in one day.  Turns out splitting it into 2 days was still a bit much, but that is what we did.  We spend our first night at a Bakersfield RV park, Orange Grove RV Park, just outside of Bakersfield.

When you are in this part of California, there are farms, orchards, and an occasional city.  We camped in an Orange Grove – literally.  They are very nice at this park.  There are Orange trees in every site, and if it was later in the year, we could have had fresh oranges.  But alas, they are all still green.Orange Grove RV Park, Bakersfield, CA

The park has 50 amp sites (good as it gets hot), full hook-ups, cable tv, free wifi, pull-thru spaces, pool, and more.  We didn’t get to visit a lot of what they had, as it was an overnight stay, but definitely a good place to stay!  Orange Grove RV Park Bakersfield CA
